Think of others before you buy, says chief executive
There needs to be more consideration when shopping for goods during the coronavirus pandemic.
That's the message the Isle of Man Foodbank is putting out.
It has already been suffering from shortages of items such as toilet roll: there have been instances of panic buying in the Isle of Man, despite there being no confirmed cases of Covid-19 here yet.
The charity's chief executive, Neal Mellon, says people need to think before they buy and keep those on lower incomes in mind.
He adds, not everyone can afford to stock up on essentials:
