DEFA issues advice for agricultural businesses
The environment, food and agriculture minister believes a lot of agricultural businesses want to know what the implications of a hard, or 'no-deal' Brexit are for their business.
Geoffrey Boot was speaking as his department launched an online Brexit checklist for Isle of Man food manufacturers.
It aims to provide guidance on dealing with anticipated changes to food exportation from the Isle of Man to the UK and EU.
He says the plan is to give people an idea of what they may have to do, if there is a no-deal Brexit on 29 March: (play audio)
