Advert to play during ITV show Britain's Got Talent
A new advert showcasing the Island as a tourist destination will be broadcast on television tonight (29 May).
The film, launched last month, will be aired on the ITV Border and Granada regional networks, including an extended cut during Tuesday's episode of Britain's Got Talent.
It will also be played on rotation to viewers of the All4 on-demand service.
Tourist bosses say they have been 'encouraged by the feedback' to their £50,000 campaign, aimed at reversing a decline in tourist numbers.
Part of the campaign also includes a targeted editorial campaign in UK national newspapers, including The Daily Star and Metro.
