Prosecution brought by Ramsey Town Commissioners
An investment company on the Isle of Man has appeared in court accused of failing to carry out work on a property in Ramsey.
Gecko Investments Limited is being prosecuted by Ramsey Town Commissioners for allegedly not complying with a notice.
The offence allegedly took place between 20 April and 23 July this year at Victoria Mall on Christian Street.
A pre-trial review will take place on 31 October.
