Officers appealing for dashcam footage following incident
Police are investigating after a car drove through a zebra crossing outside one of the Island's primary schools while it was being used by pedestrians.
The Southern Neighbourhood Policing Team says the grey BMW went through the crossing at Rushen School before 9am yesterday (Thursday) - there were no injuries.
Officers say it's a timely reminder that pedestrians are the most vulnerable road users, and children are the most vulnerable pedestrian, so extra care should be taken around schools.
Anyone with information, including dashcam footage of the incident, can contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
