Soul Adventures hosting free all-day event to mark the occasion
International Men's Day is a 'great opportunity to take part in a global conversation about manhood, masculinity and men's issues'.
That's the view of Soul Adventures Isle of Man which has organised a free all-day event for men from across the Island.
The schedule of activities tomorrow (Sunday 19 November) includes a paddleboard session, a walk up Maughold Head, and the chance to go on a high ropes adventure.
Kate Leavey-Bergquist says it's all about helping men open up in a comfortable environment:
The event is almost fully booked, but if you wish to attend there is still availability on the following sessions:
- High ropes course - 6 places
- 9D breathwork (extra session 10.45 -12.15)
- Maughold head walk
- 10 man paddleboard session
