Amendments come into effect on January 1st

Measures are being taken to bring them in line with international expectations after more than four years of planning.
The amendments brought about by the Insurance Code 2018 come into effect on 1 January.
Karen Badgerow says the changes aim to reflect similar moves in neighbouring jurisdictions.
