Suport worker was a mother of four
A 38-year-old woman from Laxey was found hanged in her home earlier this month.
Louisa Millward died from asphyxiation, an inquest heard this afternoon (24 March).
She was discovered by her husband at their home on New Road in the village on the evening of March 6.
The inquest was told evidence suggested the mother of four, a support worker for a care firm, had placed a cord around her neck.
Coroner of Inquests John Needham offered his condolences to Mrs Millward's husband who was in court, and adjourned the hearing to a date to be fixed.
