Hearing adjourned to date to be fixed
An inquest into the death of a popular local musician has been opened and adjourned.
Fifty-one-year-old Roger Leece was from Strang Road in Union Mills.
His body was found at the bottom of the cliffs at the Chasms in the south of the Island on 7 January.
At Douglas courthouse on Thursday, the cause of death was today described as significant, multiple injuries.
Coroner of Inquests John Needham released the body to Mr Leece's family and passed on his sincere condolences.
The inquest has been adjourned to a date to be fixed.
