Facilities must meet certain standard
A senior member of the education department says the infrastructure on the Island needs to be in place before appealing to international students.
It's currently a one-way system with many Island students opting to travel to the UK to study with none coming here.
Chief executive at the Department of Education and Children is Ronald Barr.
