Gov't working with Attorney General to put drilling regulations in place
The infrastructure minister insists his department has 'communicated greatly' with Crogga over drilling regulations in the past months, despite the organisation saying talks had failed to take place.
It comes after the energy firm announced they were handing money back to investors, saying the project had stalled.
Douglas North MHK David Ashford previously urged the Department of Infrastructure to come to the table and work out a solution.
