Consumer inflation stayed the same last month, remaining at 5.7%.
Restaurants and hotels were the biggest contributors to the rise with an increase of 13.6%.
Some of the the highest risers in the 12 months to October were electricity, eggs and pork.
The biggest decreases in that period were gas, oil and women's outerwear.
