Comments come as new strategy approved by Tynwald
Health and Social Care Minister Howard Quayle says he's not ruling out the possible introduction of an independent health regulator on the Island.
He was speaking after a five-year strategy for health and social care was approved by Tynwald.
LibVan leader Kate Beecroft had asked for such a regulator - something which Mr Quayle hadn't agreed to - but he says he may be prepared to consider it at a future date:
