Demanding further testing after Covid results
People are being urged to be respectful to staff working in the Covid 111 team after an increase in abusive calls.
Government claims this is from people who don't believe their PCR test results and who have demanded further Covid-19 testing.
Individuals have also disputed their isolation requirements.
Government adds whilst the need to isolate can be frustrating intimidating members of staff is 'completely unacceptable'.
