Minister Lawrence Skelly says tourism still top priority
The importance of tourism to the local economy will come under the spotlight when a new report is published today (Feb 4).
Economic development minister Lawrence Skelly says the Hotel Futures Study Report explores ways in which the industry can improve its growth.
The level of tourism on the Island has been brought into question in recent weeks following the decision to scrap the horse tram service in Douglas.
But Mr Skelly says it still plays a key role.
