Police reveal new method to man phones
The Isle of Man Constabulary says calls will now be answered immediately following the introduction of a new phone handling method.
The system aims to integrates the force's call handling options in a bid to reduce demand on resources and provide a better service.
Those manning the phones will give advice on how to solve problems without speaking to an officer, and offer direct contacts to Police departments.
