The annual Illiam Dhone ceremony will be held, no matter what the weather, on Hango Hill, this afternoon (Thursday).at 2pm.
Speeches in Manx and English will give a view of the Island while, at the same time, pay tribute to Illiam Dhone, who it's believed was executed at the site 351 years ago.
