Beach Buddies concerned about Marine Drive
The issue of fly tipping on the Island has gone "over the edge"
That's the view of FIM Capital Beach Buddies founder Bill Dale.
In the last few months the charity has reported a significant increase in the amount of commercial and domestic waste being dumped in the 38 bins they have placed around the Island.
This has included domestic waste like computers and TVs.
Bill says he's also fed up of the amount of waste such as fridges and mattresses ending up at the bottom of the cliffs along Marine Drive.
He's now leading a campaign to install CCTV cameras at the entrance to the Drive to record those guilty of illegally dumping their waste.
