Star rider recovering after smash
Ian Hutchinson has been transferred to hospital in Liverpool, after his crash in yesterday's Senior TT.
The ‘Bingley Bullet’ fractured his femur following a crash at the 27th Milestone on lap two.
He was initially taken to Noble's Hospital by helicopter.
The race was red-flagged as Hutchy and Peter Hickman were battling for the lead.
Michael Dunlop went on to take the race in a re-started, four lap affair.
