Residents set for full presentation of plans
A Ramsey bay marina would see a 'vibrant, bold and courageous' new landmark for the north of the Island, according to David Dorricott.
He's one of the organisers of a public meeting on the issue tonight, which is set to be one of the highest-attended consultations in recent memory.
All 600 available spaces at the Mountain View Innovation Centre on the Jurby Road have been allocated.
The meeting is from 7pm until 9pm this evening.
Mr Dorricott believes the public interest has been generated through a desire to see significant commercial investment outside the capital:
Person suffers 'significant injuries' in 'serious assault' near Peel
Business case for horse trams to be put before Tynwald in July
Plans to turn 'underused space' in central Douglas into wellness retreat
Employment grievance 'upheld' against board of Peel Commissioners
