Manx students tend to sit mix of traditional GCSEs and IGCSEs
Hundreds of students at the Island's secondary schools are receiving their GCSE results this morning.
Some may already know their grades, with Cambridge international exams having been released earlier this month, but others aren't released until this morning.
Many pupils do a mix of traditional GCSEs and the newer IGCSE qualification.
Head of Student Services at University College Isle of Man Lulu Gillow says those considering their further education options are often surprised by the range of on-Island opportunities:
Yellow weather warning for coastal overtopping
Plans approved for 'The Wing'
Police appeal for video footage after 'significant' blaze
Douglas to receive new lifeboat
