Hotel says it's difficult to get people through the door
There's a 'huge rush' to recruit staff for the Island's hospitality businesses before the borders reopen.
Many in the industry say they are 'thin on the ground' following the Covid pandemic.
Yesterday a recruitment day, organised by the Isle of Man Government, was held to showcase opportunities in the sector.
The Empress Hotel, in Douglas, says people leaving their roles over the past year is one of the factors leading to a lack of employees.
