Hospice Isle of Man has been given a huge donation from a charity which supports home care services.
The Diana Princess of Wales Care at Home Trust, set up on the Island in 1998 by Don and Ali Westacott handed over a cheque for £20,000 to Hospice Chairman Sir Miles Walker CBE.
The money will be used to support the hospice at home service through a dedicated nurse.
The Trust’s aim is to provide high quality nursing care and support patients, family, friends and carers when a patient chooses to remain at home.
