HSBC Expat customer support to be carried out by overseas team
Almost 30 jobs are at risk at a bank on the Isle of Man.
HSBC has confirmed to Manx Radio that a change within customer support for its HSBC Expat has placed 29 jobs at risk, 28 of which are based on the Island.
The bank currently has two teams, one of which is on the Isle of Man, supporting its Expat customers, but this work will now be carried out by one overseas team.
HSBC says it's supporting colleagues who are impacted by the changes.
