Minister looking to carry out work in 2020
The policy and reform minister admits much more needs to be done by government to get a true picture of the state of housing in the Isle of Man.
Chris Thomas says that's with regard to both the quality and quantity of properties.
He heads up a committee which has produced a report on cold, hunger and homelessness, with the hope that will guide government policy on these issues and help to make a difference.
Mr Thomas says the plan is to do similar with housing:
