Plans to expand support for first time buyers have been announced by government.
The First Home Choice and First Home Fixed schemes will be debated in Tynwald next month.
If approved, the new amendments would be in place from early August.
They include increasing the maximum salary you can earn to qualify for the support from £35,000 to £39,000 for a single person, from £55,000 to £62,000 for a couple and from £60,000 to £67,000 for a couple with one child.
