The management at Noble's hospital is to be revamped, following recommendations from independent consultants.
The firm Beamans has finished checking over the way the hospital is run, and come up with suggestions for change.
They include a hospital managing director who would report to a governing board.
The proposals come amid ongoing concerns about the running of the hospital, from consultants at Noble's and politicians
