Noble's Hospital could be inspected by the Care Quality Commission next year.
That's according to the health and social care minister who says it does not need to be in 'special measures':
David Ashford was responding to claims made by Middle MHK Stu Peters.
He said the health service is already subject to scrutiny and that will continue:
