Alexandra impressed charity at Miss Isle of Man
An Island teenager says she is honoured to have been appointed the first ever youth ambassador for a major charity.
Singer, Alexandra Slater, was approached by Hospice management after impressing them at Miss Isle of Man last month.
The 15 year-old Ballakermeen High School student, the winner of the Sheffield Plate at this year’s Guild, has wowed audiences with her performances over the past few years.
She’s vowed to work hard in her ambassadorial role ahead of the Hospice’s 35th anniversary next year.
