IoM Chess Association having relaunch this month
There are hopes to increase interest and participation in the sport of chess on the Isle of Man.
The Isle of Man Chess Association is having a relaunch this month and relocating to a more central location in Douglas.
In the long-term, it's hoped it can offer more involvement in the game locally.
The association's Chairman, Howard Dobson, says chess has wider benefits for personal development, particularly for children:
