Infrastructure minister plans to bring amendments to May's Tynwald sitting
It's hoped changes to the Island's first time buyers schemes will be enacted before the next general election.
The infrastructure minister has been quizzed on the topic in the House of Keys.
Last September, government announced plans to broaden the eligibility criteria for its Shared Equity Assistance initiatives as well as introducing discounted purchase prices.
