Minister says work around issue already underway in DHSC
A reform of culture within the civil service and government won't be something that happens overnight.
That's the message from the Health Minister, after Chief Minister, Alf Cannan, announced in Tynwald this week a major examination into the issue.
Lawrie Hooper thinks, going forward, this could involve 'much more engagement' with the public and staff.
But he doesn't believe it'll be a quick fix:
