New pub to open in the UK
Island brewery Hooded Ram is continuing its plans for UK domination, with a new pub set to open in Derbyshire.
Councillors in Chesterfield have approved plans for a craft beer bar and restaurant in the town centre, in a similar vein to the one on North Quay, Douglas.
The business is set to create 18 new jobs.
Hooded Ram, which also has branches in Wolverhampton and Birmingham, was partially bought out by Oddbins mogul Raj Chatha last year.
Last week, bosses unveiled plans for a two-storey beer tent on the Bottleneck Car Park for the 2018 TT Festival.
