Planning application for five homes submitted
Planning permission is being sought to replace the old Groudle Glen Hotel with five homes.
The property on King Edward Road has lain dormant for a number of years.
The submitted plans show the five proposed homes lined up next to each other along the road, complete with off-street parking.
You can see the documents, and comment on them, on the planning page of the government's website, gov.im.
