'Island lacks political will' says Graih

The co-founder of a homeless charity says government ought to reconsider its position to allow refugees to the Isle of Man.

Michael Manning of Graih has bemoaned the lack of political will in the House of Keys to revisit the issue, calling it a 'shame'.
