Details for almost a fifth of service users 'mislaid'
A frontline care service 'can't be sure' information that's gone missing, hasn't been taken.
It's after a data breach in the Department of Health and Social Care's homecare service.
Names, addresses and phone numbers have been 'mislaid' from 33 of the 159 users - nearly a fifth.
It supports some of the most vulnerable people in society.
Head of Operations in homecare Jonathan Carey, who explains why the records were kept on paper:
43 people down as next of kin and 11 carers also have this information missing.
An internal investigation has been launched.
