Vehicles spotted using the pedestrian-only area
Police say they will be patrolling the Heritage Trial after reports of motorbikes using it.
Officers say those in motor vehicles should stay off the old railway line between Peel and Douglas.
The route is used by walkers, runners, cyclists and horses – a section of it is used by the TT access road and another section allows access for bikes out of the Glen Lough campsite.
But Sergeant Andy Reed says they've had reports of motorbikes being on other sections of the trail and that won't be tolerated:
