Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer's phone went off, just as South Douglas MHK Kate Beecroft got to her feet to ask a question.
The timing - and choice of ringtone - clearly tickled MHKs, albeit Mr Speaker had something to say regarding the matter . . .
