Island hearing expert urges all over 55s to have hearing test
Ignoring hearing loss could reduce the brain's ability to fight dementia, according the a hearing expert on the Island.
Hidden Hearing, which has three Manx clinics, is supporting the Campaign for Better Hearing, urging all over 55s to have a hearing test.
Hearing loss has been linked to an increased risk of conditions such as Alzheimer's Disease and dementia, as well as diabetes.
