Students returning to classrooms tomorrow
The health minister has reiterated the importance of following government guidance to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 in Island schools.
Students and teachers are due to return to classrooms tomorrow (4 January) following the Christmas break.
The Department of Education, Sport and Culture has already outlined plans ahead of the new term.
Lawrie Hooper says keeping rooms well-ventilated, and washing hands regularly, remains a key part of keeping those in schools safe:
