Hooper says global challenges still being felt
The health minister's been defending the significant raise his department is set to get as part of this year's Budget.
The Department of Health and Social Care is due to have its funding increased by £41.2 million in the next financial year.

Farmers in race against time after freight backlog in Heysham
Further changes to sailing schedule due to tidal restrictions
Census 'still one of the most valuable statistical tools' for government
'Immigration is needed' for economic growth on Island
