Callister on year two of Manx Care
The recently-appointed health minister says things could get tight as his department looks at the budgets for the year ahead.
Onchan MHK Rob Callister took over the role from Lawrie Hooper in September.
He spoke to Manx Radio about the challenges he sees ahead:
