Health and Social Care Departments could be unified again

The Chief Minister says the restructuring of the Government's Departments may have to be looked at again.

And the size of the Council of Ministers will be examined as well.

It could mean that two Departments that were split, Health and Social Care, could come together again.

The name being suggested is "Health and Wellbeing"
