Lynn Day, Head of Design for Starbucks, gave a lecture at the Claremont Hotel on Tuesday (Nov 6) about her thirty-years-worth of experience in the industry.

From refusing to give up work while starting a family to promotion at 50, Mrs Day is seen as a key figure for empowering women in the industry.
