Survey running until middle of January
Isle of Man Post Office is calling on residents and businesses to shape the future of postal services by taking part in its 2026 Customer Survey.
Running until 18 January, the independently run survey will gather views on service quality, value for money and future improvements.
Following more than 3,600 responses in 2022, the Post Office says community feedback is vital to delivering dependable, sustainable services for the Island.
Participants can take part online, by phone or in-branch, and you can find it here.
