Orchestra plays from tonight
One of the UK’s top ensembles will bring music to life in the Island this weekend.
The Halle Orchestra will present an evening of Spanish-inspired warmth and passion tonight (Saturday) with Rodrigo’s guitar concerto a special highlight.
Tomorrow afternoon (Sunday), some of the Island’s young musicians will have the rare opportunity to play alongside the orchestra with a Heroes and Villains theme, including music from Romeo and Juliet, Harry Potter and Indiana Jones.
This evening's conductor Stephen Bell says audiences are in for a treat.
