Brearley raring to go
Island brewery Heron and Brearley have announced the name of their first sponsored guide dog.
Brearley was born on the 7th of December last year and will begin his training in the next few weeks, after £10,000 was raised by H and B pubs and convenience stores.
It will take 20 months to train the Golden Retriever/Labrador cross to be a fully trained guide dog.
H and B are now raising funds to sponsor a second dog, and have already raised over two and a half thousand pounds.
People can follow Brearley's progress by visiting H and B's website pubsandbars.im
