A Douglas guest house and eatery is up for sale, as New Manila Rooms and Restaurant is to move on in January.
The property on Queen's Promenade has an asking price of £625,000.
Apart from the restaurant area, which can hold up to 44 people, it also houses 12 en-suite rooms.
Chrystals Estate Agents emphasizes it is the property only for sale and not the business.
