Trustees signal long-term largesse to come
The generosity of former Island entrepreneur Albert Gubay will not be realised for some time.
So says one of the trustees tasked with fulfilling his wishes.
Before his death last month at the age of 87, Mr Gubay set up The Albert Gubay Charitable Foundation.
John Nugent, chairman of the foundation trustees, says the £10 million a year it will distribute to charitable causes will be just the start:
Owner of a block of flats fined for failing to meet fire safety regulations
Review of taxi fares extended to assess impact of Middle East conflict
Liverpool ferry terminal closed again this weekend
