Ground expected to break on state-of-the-art cancer centre next week

Questions have been raised about the length of time it's taken to progress

Ground's expected to break on a new cancer centre for the Island next week.

Mannin Cancers Support Group raised the £2 million for the facility, to be built on the grounds of Noble's Hospital, but has criticised the amount of time it's taken to get government clearance.

It had been hoped work on the state-of-the-art centre would start six months ago.
